Simon Tong is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Investment at Grandview Capital. A CFA and CPA, Simon brings over a decade of cross-functional experience across private banking, institutional family offices, asset management, and Big Four auditing. Most notably, he served as a Family Advisory Specialist at HSBC Private Banking (Asia Pacific), where he helped ultra-high-net-worth clients structure family offices, legacy plans, and governance frameworks. Earlier in his career, Simon led M&A, private equity, and real estate transactions in both Asia and North America and oversaw joint ventures in sectors such as hospitality and flexi-office. He holds a master’s in construction project management from the University of Hong Kong and a BBA from HKUST, specializing in Accounting and Information Systems.
